Jim’s coaching and outline helped me take a step back and re-evaluate what I thought my position was. Looking from the outside helped me prioritize my responsibilities and allowed me to delegate tasks to my Assistant Superintendents. The outline provided a great opportunity to create a structured management plan, which has been extremely beneficial as a new Golf Course Superintendent.
